For B.Tech (4 years): Passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics and one of Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics etc. Minimum 45% (42.75% for reserved category in Haryana) in the above subjects.
For lateral entry B.Tech (3 years): Diploma with minimum 45% (42.75% reserved) or B.Sc with Maths and then a bridging course.
For M.Tech: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with at least 50% (47.5% for reserved category in Haryana).
